We want you and your pet to love every DOGESH product. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Sized Items (Collars, Muzzles, Apparel) If an item doesn't fit your pet, we'll gladly exchange it for the correct size. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and your pet's measurements.
How to Initiate a Return Email us at support@dogesh.site with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, used muzzles, grooming tools, and pet beds are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
